Then in 2005, Christine found herself in the hospitality industry again when she accepted a position as Catering & Event Coordinator with a popular Wynnewood-based company. “Something just told me it was the right time,” she recalls. And the rest, as they say, is history. Immediately Christine launched herself back into the industry she and her brother had set out to tackle and within five months of joining the company, she found herself revitalized and in growing demand among the Main Line party set. “It felt so comfortable, like where I needed to be all along.”

In May, after less than a year, Christine left the company to launch ChriStevens Catering. “The name represents a brother and sister’s dream,” she explains. “Every time I answer the phone, or tell someone our name, I am reminded that Steven is still a part of the business.”

In her words, ChriStevens Catering is dedicated to offering a fusion of healthy cultural representations -- from Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Spanish, and Mexican to Asian, American Vegetarian and her traditional Italian. "By bringing together the wholesome foods of multiple ethnicities, I offer my clients a customized array of fresh and healthy foods full of flavor, fresh herbs and seasonal ingredients."
